Remember, RDSPs are only available for people age 59 and under.
Complete the following checklist to see if you are ready to open your RDSP.
- Do you live in Canada?
- Do you have your Social Insurance Number? (Remember to bring it with you along with another piece of valid picture identification.)
- Have you been approved for the DTC?
- Have you chosen your financial institution?
- Do you know who will be the holder of your RDSP?
